Welcome to Lingotik by Alilabs LLC ("Lingotik", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using Lingotik, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Our Service

Lingotik provides a language learning platform through audio calls and interactive games. You agree to use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not misuse our service in any way that may impair the functionality or the experience of other users.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access full features of Lingotik, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of Lingotik, including texts, graphics, logos, audio, software, and the underlying technology, are the property of Alilabs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of our service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our service or the content you access.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for any acts or omissions by users who access our service under your account.

5. Content and User Submissions

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the service.

We do not guarantee that our service will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access our service. You should use your own virus protection software.
